Camera House is the companion to the video of the same name which was shot in 2011 in the workshop of Mr Clemente Higa, a self-taught camera technician who has worked in the trade for more than 40 years. Mr Higa lives a rather reclusive life dedicated to his craft. The video, with no dialogue, shows him working on an medium-format camera, a Rolleiflex 2.8. The book gathers video stills and an interview with Mr Higa, who retired during the Covid pandemic.
